Initially trained as an accountant, Wayne has now spent almost 30 years developing and managing the construction of landmark commercial and residential properties in Queenstown and Christchurch.
He has unparalleled skills in successfully delivering projects from feasibility process through to building handover, with extensive knowledge of contract management and strong governance skills.
ROY VAN LEEUWEN
AND SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Roy’s depth of experience gained over 30 years in the construction and contracting industry includes directing his own and co-directing companies for more than a decade. Starting as a carpenter, he was a senior construction manager with one of New Zealand’s top five companies before joining Trinity and is a member of NZ Quantity Surveyors.
Guilia has been working with Trinity since its inception. She is an expert in invoices, budgets, financial,
cash flow and debtor management, schedules of quantities and budget management preparation. Among other roles she liaises monthly with project management teams on balancing accounts and forecasting and manages the HR side of the organisation.

Brett joined the Trinity team in 2017, bringing 13 years’ experience in construction administration management in Queenstown. Some of the many award-winning projects he’s worked on include Sofitel Queenstown, the Heritage Hotel Conference Centre, Rippon Winery, Puzzling World and Cardrona Distillery and Museum.
His wide-ranging experience includes tendering, contract administration, document management, programming and value engineering.

Danielle has been around builders and the construction industry all her life thanks to her parents’ construction manufacturing business.
She holds national diplomas in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management and is an expert in
cost estimating, contract administration, and preparing and analysing costing for tenders.
She also works on schedules of quantities and project budget preparation.
SITE MANAGER (LBP)
Jeff started his building apprenticeship in 1987 with Stevenson and Williams, then became a foreman for residential and commercial projects. In 2001 he shifted to Arrowtown and worked as the Foreman on various executive homes in Millbrook for 9 years. In 2010, he started his own building company in conjunction with another building team to build architecturally designed homes in the Wakatipu region. Jeff's qualifications and wide ranging work experience enable him to adroitly manage the size and complexities involved in our high-end bespoke construction projects.
