From working on project feasibility to pre-contract and construction management, Trinity offers the services of some of the South Island’s most experienced and knowledgeable qualified quantity surveyors.
Heading the QS team and backed by years ‘on the job’ as a Senior construction manager and company director is Roy van Leeuwen, a member of the New Zealand Quantity Surveyors since 2010. Taking a personalised approach to working with clients, the team has honed its skills in client presentation, the due diligence process, cost planning and elemental scheduling, and can also work as Engineers to the Contract.
The services of an analytical QS are critical to the financial success of many projects. When contracts are underway, Trinity’s QS team will prepare all contract documentation, issue monthly progress payment assessments and recommendations and work on all variation claim assessments. When working in the construction management area, a Trinity QS is responsible for critical path programming, cashflow forecasting and reporting, ‘cost to complete’ reporting and reviewing time extension claims. As each project draws to a close, your QS is responsible for final account review and negotiation, all skills critical to the financial success of your project.
