Trinity Development Alliance is the development manager for this $22m building on the site of the former BDO House and Spicer building.

Trinity is managing and delivering the design, procurement and delivery of these two 4 Star Green Buildings, featuring four upper floors and basement car park. This mixed-use project will deliver premium office and retail spaces in a ‘campus-style’ setting with a courtyard in the middle and pedestrian-friendly frontage to Victoria Street alongside a single-storey retail/restaurant building. This landmark development’s the first in Christchurch to meet environmental BASE qualification for energy design and is scheduled to open by Christmas 2014.
