In November 2013 Trinity became development manager for this $11m, three-storey 3800sqm building, specifically designed for leading architecture and structural engineering consultancy firms Warren & Mahoney and Holmes Engineering.
The building sits on a ‘raft foundation’ spreading building loads to over the ground, a structural steel superstructure with buckle and brace connections and a highly complex façade with a louvre screen for solar shading. Trinity has been involved in all contract negotiations, including tenancies and financing, which successfully culminated in the project starting in July 2014.
