Trinity is the development manager for this $10m commercial project – a four level office building with basement car parking, retail and hospitality activity at ground floor level and offices above.
The building is engineered with base isolation to provide the ultimate in earthquake-proof structures and features recessed winter gardens on upper levels and internal sliding screens, creating dynamic, engaging facades to Victoria Street and Knox Lane. Glazing in the roof enables natural daylight to penetrate the entry atrium as well as offices on the upper level. Integrated energy efficiency is also key.
